Tooniverse: The Tooniverse Championship is designed for the more serious toons in Toonopolis Fighting World (yes, there are a few of them). While it is the highest tier championship that is commissioned, that doesn't necessarily make the champion the best toon in the league. There are no special stipulations. In accounting for winners, roleplays account for 100% while fight instructions count for 0%. Whoziwhatsit: The Whoziwhatsit Championship is designed to test a toon's ability to use limited creativity and still come out on top. Each toon will be given a list of items prior to the fight and they can only use those items and their own physical skills during the fight. In accounting for winners, roleplays count for 75% while fight instructions count for 25%. Slapstick: The Slapstick Championship is designed for the less serious toons in Toonopolis Fighting World (which would be the majority). The challenger in any Slapstick Title fight is given the chance and required to create their own special stipulation for the fight. Anything goes. In accounting for winners, roleplays count for 50% while fight instructions count for 50%. Improv: The Improv Championship is a true test of creative prowess (perhaps moreso than Slapstick). Each toon in the fight selects a certain genre/era/etc. for setting. Kid Gemini will add a third. They must use items/modes of attack pertaining to the settings that will change randomly throughout the fight. In accounting for winners, roleplays count for 25% while fight instructions count for 75%. Pathetic: The Pathetic Championship is designed for toons that try really, really hard but just can't seem to win... or the ones just try really, really hard to be pathetic. The stipulation on Pathetic Title fights is that the first toon to be incapacitated (without using any means of suicide) is the one that wins. In accounting for winners, roleplays count for 1% while fight instructions count for 99%. The 1% is to ensure that roleplaying still takes place. Drunkard (inactive): The Drunkard Title was originally created at a time when Toonopolis was flowing with drunks. The stipulation was that the toons involved had to be drunk during the fight. The title was decommissioned because there were not enough drunks left to fill the division. The Druggard Title replaced it. Druggard (inactive): When the Drunkard Title was decommissioned due to a lack of drunks in the league, the Druggard Title was created. For the toons of lesser willpower, the stipulation on these fights is that any toon involved must be inebriated prior to the start of the fight or be disqualified. The Druggard title was decommissioned part-way through Season Three after it was stolen and no one really cared enough to get it back. Tornado Team (inactive): The Tornado Team titles were created during the period of time when Toonopolis Fighting World was an active member of the Coalition of Affiliated Leagues. This was done to allow "tag team" fighting in TFW to mirror that of the real world wrestling federations. The tornado tag team rules of real wrestling (i.e., all toons eligible to fight simultaneously, no tagging required) applied. After TFW left the CAL and subsequently closed, there was no need for these titles anymore. |
